LoLaFF Opening Night at the Barbican Centre

On 2 October 2026, Eclectic Gallery joined the London Latino Film Festival (LoLaFF) for its Opening Night at the Barbican Centre, marking the beginning of the festival’s first edition in London.

For the occasion, the gallery presented works by two Mexican artists represented by Eclectic Gallery, José Antonio Ochoa and Juan Carlos Navarro, bringing contemporary visual art into the atmosphere of the festival’s opening evening.

It was a pleasure to celebrate this important moment together with the LoLaFF team, filmmakers, artists, guests and members of the Latin American community in London. The evening created a natural dialogue between cinema and visual art, reflecting the shared themes of culture, identity, memory and storytelling.

We were delighted to be part of such a vibrant and successful opening night at the Barbican Centre and to continue our collaboration with the London Latino Film Festival through art.
