Private View - LATIN NARRATIVES: DISTANT & FAMILIAR

On 1 October, Eclectic Gallery welcomed guests to the Private View of Latin Narratives: Distant & Familiar, a special exhibition presented in support of the London Latino Film Festival (LoLaFF).

It was a pleasure to bring together friends of the gallery, collectors, artists and guests of the festival for an evening celebrating the connection between contemporary Latin American art and cinema.

The exhibition features five Latin American artists represented by Eclectic Gallery: Boris OA, Caio Locke, José Antonio Ochoa, Juan Carlos Navarro and Max Pedreira. Through painting and mixed visual languages, their works explore themes of place, memory, identity and contemporary life.

Created alongside LoLaFF, which took place across London from 2 to 6 October, the exhibition continues the dialogue between visual art and film, bringing different forms of storytelling together within the gallery.

Latin Narratives: Distant & Familiar continues at Eclectic Gallery until 12 October 2026.
